I have been a Success X2 user for 3 years way back 2010, and all I can say is that from the moment I decided to use this on my spa everything that it touches lives up to its name.. SUCESSS! We've saved thousands of man hours, and no amount of money could top all the advantages it gave us in using the system from Day 1. Furthermore, I personally had a very easy transition onto it. Believe me when I say that this software has a very EASY LEARNING PATH and the curve to it is just so seamless. You'll be up and running your records in just about 48hrs (in my case) and after 3 years, I only call ikosoft for help once in a full blue moon :)
