Hi my name is Kathy and I have owned my own business for six years now and
about 12months ago I was looking at purchasing a salon software program.
I did my research and decided to go with Merlin as it was a very reasonable price compared to what other companies where offering. It has been a fantastic way for my business to grow and become much more efficient and professional.
What I love most is that salon appointments run smother as every service has a allocated time. Also we can now send out birthday
letters and other marketing campaigns to let our clients know how much we appreciate them. We also send SMS reminders the day before to all clients which avoids loss of takings for clients forgetting appointments. The clients have noticed a difference and appreciate the changes.
Merlin has taken my salon to the next level which is much more professional and efficient.
